Why Do I need An Account?
In the beginning we need to prove to suppliers that we can pay them fo the goods they deliver. Whilst we are well aware that the market in Ireland is strong and abundant, we need to set up accounts and take deposits in order to impor that first deliveries. For this reason we need to set up accounts with concrete figures telling us what we can order in and how it will be paid for.

How do I get an account?
By filling in the form below you will be assigned an account by us. This means a lot of work for us, as we will have to issue each applicant with an account ourselves. This isn't credit you are aplying for, you will get an account upon application to place your order.

I have my account now, what do I do next?
Using your Acount Number you go to the webstore and place an order for the goods you want to buy from us. We will then tell you what the deposit on those goods will be and you pay that deposit, we issue a receipt and the order goes forward to our suppliers.

How do I pick up my order?
You can choose to either come an pick it up yourself or we can deliver it to you. If you choose to have it delivered, there is a delivery charge.

Why do I need to pay a desposit?
If we were to take everyone's word for it and just import a number of goods to Ireland from Sweden we would be very foolish. Not that we don't think people will come and buy, we KNOW you will. With any business there is an element of risk, to eliminat ethat risk for ourselves we need a desposit to ensure we "secure delivery of goods from Sweden" and deliver a very high level of "Customer Satisfaction".

Do I ahve to pay tohave this Account?
No! This account is not a bank account or one that you pay for. It's a method for us to maintain control over our business and ensure we know what our Start will be. It's both for YOUR benefit and OURS. That means that you are ensured a quality service and delivery of goods and we don't end up going bankrupt or falling at the first hurdle.

SECURE DELIVERY:

What are we talking about?
Again it comes down to us taking a risk. We need to prove to suppliers in Sweden that not only do we have a Market in Ireland, we have a Market Willing to Pay for the goods we are delivering. So, whilst it's fantastic with all the support we are receiving, we still need to be able to provide complete finance for the goods we will be importing.

Since everyone will be paying for the goods here in Ireland anyhow, to help give us a more secure start we are taking Deposits in order to fully secure orders and delivery from Sweden. There is no point is us wasting your time, no point in us wasting the time of supliers and no point in doing this at all if it's not going to be done right. So on that point, when we talk about Secure Delivery, we mean that we want to Securely and Quickly Deliver your goods without problems via Positive and Mature Business Practice.

For this reason we require a deposit, without it we can't go into business and there will be no shop, so it's in everyone's interests as we are sure you all understand!

CSAT:

What's CSAT?
CSAT is an achronym for Customer Satisfaction. This is very important in any business delviering a product or service. We will be sending out mail to customers on a regular basis to assertain how Satisified they are with the level of service we have provided, the goods they have bought and how we can improve our business to better meet YOUR needs.

Without CSAT we won't know how well we are doing, and our goal is to "Ensure all Parties are Happy and the Standard of Service Provided is one that Our Customers can RELY on".
